- The Met-Con Training Center (MCTC) is an alternative learning solution designed for individuals looking to enter the construction industry. Focused on commercial construction, our program provides hands-on training and essential knowledge to build a strong foundation for a successful career. Through expert instruction and real-world applications, we prepare individuals to step confidently into the workforce, equipped with the practical skills and understanding needed to excel in commercial construction.

- Prepare trainees for a professional environment

- Trainees will have a “hybrid” training schedule by training at our facility but also get jobsite experience
- Trainees will be paid for entering the program, starting at $15/hr.
